It's hard to believe that 4 years ago today this amazing boy came into this world. On that day we were not aware that our son had arrived. I can't get through this day without thinking about his birthmother who made such a difficult decision to make an adoption plan for him. I pray that she is at peace with her decision and knows that this precious child is loved by so many.We pretty much celebrated Carlton's Birthday for the past 4 days. Two of our dear friends arrived last Wednesday and stayed with us until today. We had such a good time hanging out and I loved my late night chats with KT. On Sat/Sun we had additional friends join us for the DE state fair and basically a big slumber party at our house. On Sunday we spent the early part of the day at the Adventure Aquarium and then had a cookout/party here. All our friends have now returned to their homes and tonight we had a family celebration at Chuck-E-Cheese. It was a wonderful Bday celebration.
