One Year with Jackson!
One year ago today my sweet, sweet Jackson was placed in my arms for the first time. This past year has been a whirlwind and I can't believe how fast it has gone. I will never forget the moment his foster mom placed him in my arms. He was so teeny and so weak. Now he is strong, vibrant and running all over the place. Here are a few pictures of then and now....
